PEOPLE ALL OVER Ireland tuned in to Today FM this afternoon to hear Tony Fenton on the radio for one last time.
The legendary broadcaster recorded an interview with Bono at his Killiney home in the months before Fenton’s death in March, and it was finally aired today.

In the hour-long chat, the pair discussed their upbringings on Dublin’s Northside, with Fenton making a crack at Bono’s teenage fashion sense:
Bono revealed some details about the band’s upcoming tour, and thanked Fenton for supporting U2 all the way.
Bono’s tribute brought a tear to the eye of many Fenton fans listening to the radio today:
